Stayed at Seaspray Rooms for a wedding nearby and had a lovely experience. The good-sized room with a comfortable bed was perfect. The meals at the restaurant were excellent. The location was amazing, right next to Bexhill-on-Sea beach. Our friends who are members at the Waterfront recommended Seaspray Rooms to us.

The room was spotless and brand-new, offered an electric kettle and central heating. We had a sea view with a lovely bed. the location was absolutely perfect - so close to the seaside promenade, beach, and the pavilion de la ware. the breakfast was fabulous. the place was around 4-6 minutes away on foot from Bentley's Smokehouse where you can have dinner.
